Shipping Fees and Order Processing Time
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada — no minimum order required!
Please include a full first and last name in your shipping address to avoid shipping delays or misdelivery.
Please note that Canadian orders may be subject to additional customs duties or tax fees charged by the carrier service upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by SASToys.
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days after shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. As processing times can vary depending on order volume, we ask for your patience during high traffic periods!
You can change your shipping address or cancel your order from the order confirmation page within 3 hours of placing your order (link available in the confirmation email). If this window has passed or you can't access the link, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sastoys.shop. We do our best to correct or cancel orders by request, but changes are not guaranteed after orders are placed. Shipping addresses cannot be changed and orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. We are not responsible for mistyped or incorrect addresses — orders that are returned to sender due to an incorrectly entered address or a delivery access issue are not eligible for reshipment.
If you plan to ship to a hotel, please place your order at least two weeks in advance of your stay. When you place an order, please enter your check-in and check-out dates and reservation name in the Address 2 field (apartment/suite/unit #).
Restrictions on Shipping
We DO NOT ship to resellers, businesses, storefronts, LLCs, storage facilities, warehouses, transshipping agencies, or freight forwarders.
Please note that some orders may be adjusted or cancelled by us without any notice for one of the following reasons:
•Bulk purchase which appears to be for resale.
•Order requesting shipment to a forwarding service agency. We deliver only to the USA and Canada.
•Multiple or duplicate orders that go beyond order limits.
